Abstract

Service is one form of improving welfare towards society by the government. The government is trying to minimize the existing problems with make innovation in service. One of the innovations developed in the Blimbing Village is Website-based technological innovation namely http://registra.malangkota.go.id called ALM (Self Service Platform). This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection technique use interviews, observation, and documentation. The data obtained in the form of primary data and data secondary. The technique of determining sampling uses purposive sampling. After the data is obtained, data analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data researchers used a technique triangulation method. The results of the Independent Service Platform Innovation research in improving public services in the Blimbing Kelurahan will be held from the end of December 2017 and can be said to be successful because there are already 4 factors that influence success implementation of innovation. Supporting factors are the advantages of the Independent Service Platform, quality of human resources, time efficient and infrastructure. While the inhibiting factor is an unstable internet network and there are no special employees as ALM guides. Keywords: Innovation; Self Service Platform; Service
