Abstract
The demand of public service quality that gets bigger for year to year. Meanwhile there is no practice of service providers that shown the significant changes. The purpose of this research is to bring services to the community more closer, and also to find out the effectiveness of the Integrated Service Unit (UPT) of Dau Health Center for improve public services in the health sector in order to realize community prosperity, and to find out the efforts of the Integrated Service Unit (UPT) of Dau Health Center in improving quality of public services.The result of the research that has been done about the effectivity of public healt service that aimed to realize the effort of publicwelfare in UPT (Unit Pelayanan Terpadu) of Puskesmas Dau, and the community that suports the effectivity of public services in accordance with the purpose of agencies that aimed to realize effort of the satisfaction and walfare of society can be seen from the arranged organizational work program of Puskesmas Dau. The Puskesmas Dau’s effort in realizing the satisfaction and walfare of society, can be seen from the innovation like (a service car and monitor screen for queue number retrieval). They have set up a 24-hour service car for public, and they also have a Homecare team that ready to give a service to the public.
