The objective of the experiment was to find out the role of tha organic Azolla and Effective Microorganism (EM4) as the substitution of N urea on the production and digestibility of King grass (Pennisetum regis). The research used random block complied design and analysis of variant toward the production of dry matter (DM), organic matter (OM), crude protein (CP), in vitro dry matter digestibility (IVDMD), and in vitro organic matter digestibility (IVOMD). The result indicated that the effects Organic Azolla and EM4 was not significantly defferent to the production of DM, OM and CP. The organic Azolla could be substituted N Urea 50% and It produced DM 51.40 ton ha-1year-1; OM 45 ton ha-1year-1 and CP 2.73 ton ha-1year-1. Organic Azolla and EM4 was not significant difference interaction to the IVDMD of leaf and steam, but combination between Azolla25% and EM4 was significant difference to the IVOMD. It was respon IVOMD 67.73%. Key words : Azolla, Effective Microorganism, N Urea and King grass production.
