Abstract
Debt is one of the external funding sources used by the company to finance the company's funding needs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the debt policy in Cosmetic Manufacturing Sector Manufacturing Companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2013-2015. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that profitability has a negative effect on debt policy, asset structure has a positive effect on debt policy and liquidity have a positive effect on debt policy.
