Abstract
The study is in the background by the fact that small businesses in the food and beverage processing raw materials of agricultural product, a lot of people and a lot occopied employment, although this group has short comings, such as lack of capital, lack of management skills, but the effort proved this has a high adaptability. Therefore, the behavior of the small entrepreuner is interesting to study. The main purpose of this study was to determine the efect of the behavior of the informal sector to the succes in managing argo-Industri in blitar in clude: 1. Cretive thinking skills through the practice of the development of processed food product and raw materials are the same (shape, taste, packing). 2. Ability of build a strong team work (mutual respect, no dominance, sharing opinions, clear goals, mutual trust, honesty) Keyword: behavior, success, agro industry
