Abstract

This research was conducted to test the influence of situasional’s leadership style toward a job performance worked at PT. Nestle Indonesia. The variables of situasional’s leadership style include: directing style (X1), coaching style (X2), supporting style (X3) and delegating style (X4). The research took 50 workers as a sample. All variables were measured with questionnaire of Likert Scale. SPSS version 12 was used to compute the data (including validity construction, alpha cronbach reliability, normality test, multicolinierity test, homogeneity variance and multiple regresion analysis). The result show that: (1) Simultaneously, variables of situational’s leadership style having significant influence toward job performance (2) Partially, the all of variable’s situasional leadership style (directing style (X1), coaching style (X2), supporting style (X3) and delegating style (X4)) having positif and significant influence toward job performance (3) The coaching style (X2) having a dominant influence toward a job performance worker at PT. Nestle Indonesia.
