Abstract
The development of business and organization relies heavily on the productivity of the work in the company. The company in achieving its objectives, each employee will be expected to have a high motivation and work discipline so that later will increase the productivity of the work very high. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of motivation and work discipline towards employee work productivity. Research conducted is research using quantitative descriptive method. The data used is the primary data obtained from the research questionnaire. The method of data analysis used is analysis of multiple linear regression.The results of the study proved that there is a partial motivation influence for work productivity, the influence of working discipline on working productivity, and simultaneously the influence of motivation and work discipline towards work productivity. , ,
