Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how Public Health Services in Simpang Tiga Health Center Banyuke Hulu, Landak District. As well as describing the implementation of public health services. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, and obtained from secondary data taken from official publications. The results showed that Public Health Services at the Simpang Tiga Health Center in Banyuke Hulu, Landak District were not optimal in its implementation. Due to the absence of Rongent tools, the absence of Pharmacy Staff and Health Analysts, less friendly people, unable to handle patients quickly, unable to make people more trustworthy, less responsive to serve patients, and Government have to pay more attention to Simpang Tiga Health Center in order to provide good service and people of Banyuke Hulu, Porak District, can be proud of it.
