Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the Planning Consultation evaluates village development (Musrenbagdes) in Torongrejo Village. The method used in this study the qualitative method. The research site is in Torongrejo Village, Junrejo District, Batu City. Technique Determination of informants using purposive sampling. Data collection/retrieval techniques use Interview, Observation, Documentation. The data validity test technique uses triangulation technique. The results showed that the Torongrejo Musrenbangdes was a Deliberation Forum the highest in the village in identifying development problems. Where is the Musrenbangdes consists of three stages, namely pre-Musrenbang, implementation of Musrenbang and post-Musrenbang. Where the limiting factor is the low community participation in the implementation of the Musrenbangdes.
