Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of raw materials and production processes on the quality of production at PKS Darmex Agro Bengkayang West Kalimantan partially and simultaneously. This research is a research using quantitative methods. Determination of the sample of this study using simple random sampling method. The data collection technique used by the researcher is a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 21 program. The results of the study prove that partially the quality of raw materials has a significant effect on production quality with a value of tcount = 3.666 and the production process has a significant effect on production quality with a value of tcount = 3.522. While, simultaneously (together) the quality of raw materials and production processes have a significant effect on the quality of production at PKS Darmex Agro Bengkayang West Kalimantan with an Fcount (21.690). What needs to be considered by companies to improve production quality is to pay attention to raw materials that must meet targets and meet expectations so that the results are appropriate and balanced with the products produced. As well as optimizing maintenance or maintenance, inspection and repair routinely on production machines so as not to hamper the production process.
