Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze debt ratios, asset structure and profitability to share prices partially and simultaneously on companies that go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) case studies in the food and beverage industry in 2013-2018. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that there are simultaneous effects by the third on the independent variable, namely the stock price. Partially, debt ratios have a significant and positive effect on stock prices, asset structure has a significant effect and is positive for stock prices and profitability has no significant effect and is positive for stock prices.
