Abstract
The public service could be interpreted as an activity that is carried out to fulfill the public interest. The great public service can be seen and assessed from the implementation which is suitable for the service operational standard. In the implementation of public service, on a government agency needs to do better service improvement.The research in the region financial institution at Batu city try to explain and describe a phenomena by using descriptive qualitative. The aim of this research is recognizing the implementation of the earth tax service and buildings at BKD, Batu city. Getting much innovation, specifically in the implementation of the earth tax service and building .
