Abstract
Consumer not yet aware of all rights had, so that it is easy to trapped in promotion kit, way of sale, and also agreement of standard which harming and made by all perpetrator of it is effort. Relating to things above hence consumer require to protect judicially from possibility of natural loss of it because in sincere business practices. From result of this research, it is known that role of Institution Institute Unlucky Consumer (YLKM) as one of the Self-Supporting Consumerism Institute of Society ( LPKSM) exist in worse luck in conducting protection of law to dupe have prize is one of the form role of civil institute in handling problems of consumer inside society level. As for role, any kind of YLKM implementation which has been conducted by YLKM it is to cover: first, giving counseling to society about the importance of understanding especially about consumerism law. Second, is giving some support to consumer which have conducted denunciating by giving advocation as form strive defence to consumer. Third, to braid cooperation with various institutions related for consumer as effort strengthens institution in consumerism.
